Mark from Kevin Ellis Pontefract is a really nice guy+stepped into the breach where both RAC and Autoglass left my wife+9month old baby+myself without help on a weekend when the glass rear windscreen had been smashed in across our stuff including baby carrier+was safe to drive. We were an hour away from our temporary accommodation and nearly 200miles from home and Mark came out and helped stabilise+seal the back of the car to make it safe for us so we could get our baby back safely. I was really surprised that the companies who we pay for help let us down like that and thankfully a decent local guy gave us help and his response when I asked to pay him was "just leave a review, I've got kids and would hope someone would do the same for me". What a great human being! Thanks Mark.

I have used Kevin Ellis's for the last 4 years (Big A7 gets lots of attention from smaller cars and Trollies in car parks). Mark and his brother work tirelessly to fix everything to the highest standard. It is always a good sign when a garage is fully booked, shows that it is indeed good and the work is not rushed. I won't go anywhere else and definitely worth waiting for.

Gave them a ring to sort out my car after neighbour reversed into my parked car and door was catching. looked at it straight away and managed to pop out the bodywork to solve the problem. didn't charge me either bless him. many thanks
