I was recommended this garage after my grandad had bought his car from here. They got my car in same day I rang as I thought break pads had worn but then had a call to say my break pads were fine still basically new and it was just a build up of rust causing the screeching. The lovely men kindly cleaned my discs and resurfaced them and didn’t even charge for their time, didn’t try ripping me off or anything. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely return with anything else.

These guys are fantastic. Serviced our Saab at a great price and were very professional. Great thing was they treated my wife very well, non of the " Ooo you're only a woman and know nowt about cars", which was good as her dad was in the trade for 40 yrs and she knows her cars. So would recommended for women.

Terrible terrible service, blokes who think they know more than they actually do. When I pulled up he just said 'intercooler' at me, I hadn't even asked a question. The car was making a funny noise at the time but that takes a lot of skill to be able to determine the problem from me pulling up 20 yards away. He then charged me £80 (cash insisted it must be cash) to repair a piece of pipe no longer than a couple of inches. Then when he quoted me more than the car is worth in repairs for the intercooler (which didn't need replacing) I left and took it to another garage who confirmed the issue was a blocked manifold. Problem solved for less than a 10th of what these cowboys wanted. Found their whole attitude to be rude, patronising and clearly just want to rip people off who don't know as much about cars as they claim to know. Such a shame as Saab specialists are few and far between but to call this place a specialist repair centre is false advertising and laughable at best. Would avoid and find a garage where they care about customer service and actually fixing someone's mode of transport so they can earn money!

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! not only did they completely ruin my Saab and charge me for the privilege, but they were rude and unprofessional the entire time, and left me without a car for over a week, it has never been the same since. there are so many better garages near e.g. HiQ

Its nice to take your car to a garage that knows what they are doing.. i travel the small distance of 5 miles. Yet the nearest garage brotherton is more expensive than vw dealer and has made huge mistakes. The owner of TW has been in the trade over 40 years reasonable price and helped hugely put right what was a a big bodge job made by another Cowboy outfit.. would always use TW from now on.
