The prices are so inconsistent, it’s just ridiculous. I first had a full set of acrylics done in early October which cost £38. I did not expect to pay this much having heard from other people it usually costs £25-30, every nail salon I walk past advertises a full set for £25 as well. I think she purposely overcharged me because it was my first experience with acrylics and I was a bit clueless! They did do a good job though so I went back three weeks later for infills and I was charged £15 which is the amount I expected. Went back again another three weeks later for the exact same thing doing and was charged £25! I questioned this and he got out the price list and claimed it was £25 because I had infills and they were repainted but that’s precisely what was done the time before by a different man and it cost me £10 less. I won’t be returning sadly, the nails look great so no complaints about that but I don’t appreciate being ripped off.

If you're a new customer,expect anything. Extremely bad service this morning. I walked in and asked if it's okay to do my nails. They said yes, come in. They could have said come a certain time, but no, they said come in. I am in now, I was waiting without any issue. I don't know what their rush is, but they said I should sit to do my nails. Automatically assumed I wanted to do infill. Whatever on earth that is. I just wanted a manicure and pedicure. Bad listening skills. Only two people doing like 6people's nails. Unapologetic and rude woman! They soaked my nails in acetone and said 8bsgoukd be there for 3mins. I waited 5mins while my technician attended to someone newly:o without my permission! What about spreading germs?:o what none sense! I asked who will come clear me out of the soaking they put me in and I was told to wait 15mins. What in earth? How about I run a bath and soak my whole body in acetone then? Mchee! And then I get talked at rudely for asking someone to get me out of the liquid soak! Ugh!!! Such a bad experience....uuuggghhhh! Bad service... Bad bad bad bad! Never again!

In 16 years of having my nails done, I can safely say this was the best experience I have encountered. The nail technician was so gentle and attentive, and my nails are probably the nicest set I have ever had.

I dropped in here and some gels done for a wedding. She did a lovely job, my nails matched my dress perfect and she recommended having my ring finger sparkly which looked great.

Absolutely shocking went for a pedicure and she's rubbed my skin that hard both feet were bleeding had trouble putting my feet down without being sore for a couple of days definitely wouldn't recommend this place, only 1 star and thats because I had to or couldn't leave a review
