My wife called Plimmer Heating and Plumbing, who are extremely local to us, last week to arrange for an annual boiler service. The chap she spoke to said he may have a slot the day after (Wednesday), or the Friday. He did however say that it could possibly be after Christmas dependant on any emergency work coming in. Nevertheless he did say he would ring the following day to arrange. It's now over a week later and still no call back. This is unprofessional and unreliable.

After being let down by another plumber, Will contacted me and came out next day to service my boiler. Can’t recommend enough!
