Excellent service. Plenty of serious kit. Old drain got blocked again (made or has settled at too shallow an angle to drain bits away). Lee kept at it with different tools until the drain was completely cleared. Previous two companies couldn't clear it out properly, being stumped by the angles and changes in pipe diameter of this 100yr old system. Very capable guy and good to work with, would use again for any drains issue. (Dishwasher tablets caused this blockage, the tablets don't dissolve completely and the 'grit' builds up.)
Lee came to the job on time and was very knowledgeable about the problem and sorted it in good time for a fair price. I would definitely use him again.
Excellent company, I contacted Lee when my drain was slow at emptying, made a appointment that suited me and a very experienced colleague came out as arranged, he sorted the problem and advised and showed me of a issue he had found that I need to get sorted. He cleaned up very well and left my home with the problem sorted and very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.
Called Lee after a quick Google for someone to come and CCTV my drains. Unfortunately I was a bit too far away and too short notice for Lee to come himself. However, over the phone he gave me advice on what I should and shouldn’t do, what I may or may not need and even put me in contact with someone he recommended who then came out that same day (and did a cracking job)! Lee came across as very personable and very happy to help even though there was nothing in it for him. It’s very hard to get trades to give you the time of day, so for Lee to spend time offering advice is very rare indeed and I’d happily recommend and use him in future. Top chap.
Contacted Lee due to getting a sewage smell through the house and the toilets and gully struggling to empty. Communication was great, came back to me quickly, arranged a suitable time and followed up with a message confirming he was still coming the night before. Our drain was blocked and the manhole full to the top. Lee managed to clear it and get everything flowing again within half an hour. Thanks Lee, great service would highly recommend.
