Phil fitted a new boiler and was punctual, quick and very tidy. It broke down in the middle of freezing weather and Phil put himself out to ensure it was replaced as quickly as possible, he also recommended which type of boiler to buy, how much we should pay and made sure we knew how it worked before leaving. Phil is 100% professional and totally trustworthy.

Absolutely thrilled with my ensuite and downstairs cloakroom!!! Phil was able to advise and make changes to products in order to achieve the look I wanted. Make sure everything is how you want it before you pay, because once he has your money he isn't interested in returning to sort any snagging......4 months later, still waiting and calls not returned. And to think I thought I was being a good customer making full payment the next day....you live and learn. Update, he did eventually sort the snagging took approx 6 mths tho. Am very happy with the quality of his actual work, just feel he let himself down with poor response to snagging issues (which in themselves are not an issue / expected)
