Most of time they’ve been alright! Except from today my parcel was meant to delivered yesterday, it didn’t show up and then today I got an email saying my package has been sent back to warehouse because they “couldn’t find my address” even though my address was correct when I put it on the delivery details. So upset

Recently moved to Pontefract and had problems with mail and parcels not turning up. Not had any post for a month or junkmail. Been waiting for my provisional licence application, finally received it on the 5th of December when I opened the letter noticed the date they had sent it out was 29th October, the letter said please return your application within 4 weeks so mail was 5 weeks late. Luckily I was able to ring the DVLA for an extension on my application, feel sorry for those people that haven't received important letters or appointments from the NHS. Post Office get your act together, you're playing with people's lives. 😡

Absolutely disgusting. We have been waiting since the 8th of November for important mail. We've had 1 delivery of mail in the last 6 weeks. Spoke to someone from the depot 3 weeks ago and was promised they would get our mail out to us. It's not only annoying it's against the law to with hold mail. We WILL be taking this further

Shocking, bordering upon contemptible in terms of service design. Not the fault of the staff but a failing business when the parcel market is growing. Ridiculous
