I had rain coming down the walls instead of going in the guttering. I had all the guttering replaced. The very second he finished doing that, he said the guttering was not the issue. Alan said the felt under the tiles had gone at the end and needed replacing, so I paid for that to be done. The outcome was still the same. I then had problems getting hold of Alan. When I eventually did, I was meet with a series of false promises, and he tried to blame yet another issue! Hence to say have gone elsewhere, having spent £700 for the issue to still exist.

Never turned up when he said he would. No communication to tell us why ...disappointing and upsetting for anxious elderly lady.
