Brilliant location for anyone in and around Pontefract. Really easy to access your unit when you need to. The owners are genuinely friendly people and their communication is great. We used Urban Self Store to store some household items during a house move. I know others who are currently considering moving house and I will recommend Urban Self Store to them for this purpose.

This is the first time that i have used Urban Storage. They have been excellent. Easy to book and easy to use. I had a few issues at my end and i spoke to Dan. He was brilliant. Very helpful. Polite and Professional throughout. He even did a quick video for me which was really helpful. Would recommend them and if required would definitely use them again.

We used Urban Self Store in Pontefract while moving house and it’s easily the best self storage facility we looked at. We have been really impressed with Urban Self Store in Pontefract. From the moment we signed up, the team have been incredibly helpful and consistently gone the extra mile. The units are brand new, secure and give us complete confidence that our belongings are safe. They are completely dry so no risk of condensation!
