Hays Travel Pontefract

What can I say?? I saw Alison (store manager) walking past my shop at around 9 am. I called her over and told her exactly where I want to go, what date, how many people travelling and the price I’ve seen online. She went away, came back just over an hour later, did a dance in my shop and presented me with the perfect holiday and at a price that was £800 less than what I had seen and I’m a savvy shopper!! I went into the store at around 10.30ish. I was looked after by the lovely Michelle and an hour or so later I walked out with all paperwork in hand and a very happy chappy. All the ladies at Hays Pontefract are an awesome, friendly, welcoming, smiley and fun loving gang. I run my own retail business and I’d happily employ all the staff and if Hays management ever wanted to see how the perfect store should be run, come spend a few days at the Pontefract branch.

We booked a hen do through Hays Travel Pontefract and honestly had the best experience. Emily was amazing from the start, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always patient and super helpful. She found us the perfect location, hotel, and flight times, and kept in touch right up until we left. I’d definitely recommend Hays Travel Pontefract, especially Emily, if you’re planning something special. Thanks so much for all your help!

Holly went above and beyond with myself and my wife. We only bobbed in to inquire about reserved seats on a flight. As we were getting ready to leave, my wife asked if Holly had any advice on a trip to Japan, and Holly got straight to work! We literally had no idea what we were booking or what we were wanting to go see, but Holly was more than happy to take on everything, jotting down what little info we did have in a notepad and offering to get in touch later once she'd done her research. Holly got in touch with an update the same day confirming she had found a supplier who can accommodate us and we have arranged to speak again once the flights are up around November. Thank you so much Holly, you've gone above and beyond and we promise to do some of our own research on what we want to do before we speak again 🤣.
