Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at TUI pontefract. Been using the shop since the days of Thompson holidays and Britannia Airways when it was called Lunn Polly ( yes I'm that old ). Never feel rushed in trying to make a decision on various aspects of making a booking and their personal knowledge of places they themselves have visited can be really helpful. This proved especially so last March when booking a Marrella Caribbean cruise. Knowledge of the ship Marrella Voyager, best cabin choice, and best excursions to suit us at our age ( fossils ). Always good to visit and book especially as I detest doing anything on the interweb so thank God your there and hope you continue to be so for many years to come. Thanks for everything you do to help us get our holidays sorted.

Just booked our holiday with Katie. She is absolutely lovely and so helpful. This is going to be our first holiday abroad without our children....they are both grown up now....she helped us find a quiet destination and location.
