Unfortunately, we lost them, and I truly feel that if we had registered here to begin with, our loved ones would still be alive today, BOLD STATEMENT, I know, but I say that to put it simply. ​Will was the one taking the most care of our cat, Pepsi, who had a thyroid problem and cat flu shortly after. He went from being a skinny 'bag of bones' with a runny nose—no matter how much we fed him—to gaining weight, clearing the flu, and becoming a VERY HAPPY cat in no time at all. He is now back to his normal self: no screaming for food, happy, and most importantly, healthy. ​I cannot thank this team enough, especially Will, who was assigned to Pepsi and turned his life completely around. Charged £80 to tell me to buy a "Special" cat food for my cat to stop pooping like gravy, oh and 1 worming tablet! But that's vets for you, the vet was also having a bad morning, she had a "snuffly cold" asked me to tell her about my cat 😺 then when I started telling her she told me to shh! I guess we all have bad days eh. Great Vets btw 👍
