The Bed-shop Pontefract - Always polite friendly staff, no pushy sales people. Purchased a mattress & was advised according to our needs re quality & firmness, I have to say it’s perfect. The delivery drivers were also very polite & rang the day before to see if that was suitable, they rang on the day to say they were 30 mins away. Nothing was too much trouble as to where I wanted the mattress & they even carried it upstairs ensuring it was where I wanted it. From start to finish it was a first class service. Not my first purchase & won’t be my last. Good Quality ,Service from start to finish & value for money.

Bought a bed recently as I was recommended by a friend.Mickey the manager was very helpful and patient.Gave me a great deal on the bed and headboard.The service was excellent and the bed is so comfortable.Thanks guys

All staff was very welcoming. Micky the store manager helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress. We couldn’t buy the bed the same day to he helped me over the phone aswell. Always helpful and went the extra mile to make it happen as we lived in Doncaster. The delivery men was so pleasant and had a lot of respect for my house. Even though I said they didn’t have to take there shoes off they still entered and took there shoes off. Great service from all staff. Definitely recommend 😃 great service

After recently moving in to our first home we have used the bed shop on numerous occasions for ourselves and our kids. From the in store staff to the delivery team they are very friendly and customer focused not pushy and always give you honest advice. Will always be recommending them to our friends and families.
