I love this shop so much I'm there every week! All staff are friendly, professional and helpful without exception. Clothes are of a high quality and clean with an excellent variety and affordable prices. I always find something - love the Italian style clothes. Highly recommend a visit. See you on Saturday :)

Love this store helpful friendly staff , lots of clothing ,toys books, electrical, items and furniture well worth a visit if you like a rummage and Preloved items plus it's for charity so what's not to like .

I recently visited the YMCA charity shop and had a mixed experience. Upon entering the store, I greeted the two ladies working at the cashier counter. Unfortunately, one of the ladies was very unwelcoming and ignored my greeting, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her behavior felt unfair and I suspect it might have been racially motivated. This kind of attitude is disappointing and does not reflect well on the values of a charity shop, especially one associated with YMCA. Apart from this incident, the rest of my experience at the store was pleasant. The other staff members were kind and helpful, and the store itself was well-organized with a good selection of items. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure that all customers feel welcome and valued.

Been going here for years and it's fine most of the time assuming that people keep donating and that they take quality items. No point in taking items that are broken or poor quality as its work for the staff to sort and at the end of the day it's a charity that needs to raise as much money as possible. You can donate here but check 1st their requirements , like electric items and furniture etc otherwise you might have a trip for nothing. Yes they do deliver for a fee. There is plenty of stock, and Staff are helpful and friendly. Car park free but is patrolled so please don't park there if you are not a customer. May it continue to be there.
