I went to the store to return some trousers I bought at the coast. The assistant started smelling the trousers, then made comment about the date I bought them. (I had until August 1st to return them.) She then made comment that I had bought the wrong size. I hadn’t, it’s just that they weren’t a good fit. The assistant manager said I had a receipt so needed a refund. The assistant said not to forget to take the carrier bag, as they didn’t give refunds on them. I have never met such a rude assistant, she needs training in good customer relationships! I won’t be visiting this shop again!

Got my work clothes from this place and found them easy to walk around in and for the most part hard-wearing as I was always walking around the office. Like the friendly staff and selection of clothes. As for the trousers, an elasticated waistband comes in handy when you're bending over and picking things up a lot. Would recommend this place.

Went today and the skirt i liked only in a 31in length, why can't they make different lengths ie 29 you don't do many its mostly 31 or 27

Have been Very disappointed with Bonmarche this season. Hardly any party wear. They seem to be going back 10 years with their fashions. It was much better when David Emanuel designed for them.

Lovely array of festive wear. I recomend the shiny skinny biker trousers.
