Great to see an old building turn into something nice. Amazing deals and products. Beer and Soft Drinks caves too
Customer service is shocking the attitude of the guy behind the counter is absolutely pathetic, try’s telling customers how to live their life and how to do things that we’ve been doing at said shop for over 2 years (at the old store and the new) pointless complaining to the owner because he’s just as bad, literally tried to square up to me from behind the counter because I told him multiple times MONZO DOES NOT WORK AT YOUR POST OFFICE it never has in the 2 years I’ve been coming to put cash in, refused to let me use paypoint telling me it doesn’t work without even trying proceeds to try and what a surprise it worked perfectly fine, just wasted 20 minutes of my time arguing with me for no reason and when he realized I was right he proceeded to try and get a rise out of me still, I’m hoping me and the owner can have a nice chat about this and get this resolved sometime very soon JoshSpeightPhotography
