Amazing customer service from Andy & Lucy on Monday when we visited for the first time to have some photos printed. They both knew exactly what they were doing, gave good advice and had a lot of patience. We will definitely be returning.

We went to get some photos printed at your pontefract branch, and had no clue how Andy helped us showed us how, we were not going to get frames from u but he was that helpful we ended up getting the lot, just want to say what a lovely helpful lad he was, will come again now we know how

Went into our local Pontefract store today to get some photos printed from my phone that had been sent to me by the family of a baby who's funeral I was doing the flowers for tomorrow. The lovely gentleman in the store made the experience easy and straightforward. He showed us how to download the photos and scan the phone to share to the printer. His help was invaluable. He was so professional, curtious and knowledgeable. A genuine credit to Max spielmans. We're extremely grateful for his help. Caroline Slater
