Called into this shop in Pontefract today for a specific item for my boyfriend, and even though they didn't have what I wanted in store, the ladies were extremely helpful in sourcing it for me from another store to be delivered in time for Christmas! Cannot thank them enough. Also have to say how lovely and festive the shop is, beautiful decorations and with chocolates and drinks out for customers to enjoy while they wait. A thoroughly enjoyable and pleasant experience. Will definitely be returning and 100% recommend! Thank you 😊

£1,750 for a 24g chain. Customer service was extremely poor and rude. I understand you need to make a profit on the item, but I would have been happy paying over £1,400 for the 24g chain. Working Man's Jewelers made my pendant. I bought my chain from him for £840 for a 22g chain. Browns: my first experience and my last. The lady was very rude, and you don't need to justify your £900 profit. Robbery!

A deeply unpleasant woman ”assisted” us and remarked that a 0.5 carat marquis diamond ring had “nowt to it” - offered £30. Insulting to say the least. What a rude individual.
