Fantastic pet shop! Very helpful staff and always well stocked with everything you could need. The ladies who work there are always polite, friendly, and happy to help. Great local shop! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for pet supplies! 🐾✨

Great shop, beautifully fitted out premises especially in the animal/ bird/ reptile room. Modern design fitted with all the latest LED reptile lighting system. Very clean enclosures, the staff obviously take great pride in what they do!!! 5 stars from me!

Bought a MALE Cockatiel from them, 3 months on my Male cockatiel has layed 3 eggs ,lady I spoke to on the phone said it's hard to tell with young birds ,male or female ,not happy after the money I spent, will say the shop is spotless, staff friendly but should learn more about what they sell .

I Called in yesterday to purchase a male zebra finch. The young lady who dealt with me was very friendly polite and helpful. Iv been going here a good few years now and never had a problem with anything Iv purchased or the service and my finch has settled in a treat with his new feathered friends. Thanks very much.

I would give this shop a zero if i could. Here is my reasons why: the husbandry for the reptiles is appalling and let’s be honest there is no regard for animal welfare here at all . They are money greedy and want money over their animals welfare. they keep multiple snakes in the same enclosure and every-time i’ve been i’ve seen lack of uvb. i’ve seen animals with visible burns on their backs and staff are uneducated and seem bored of their jobs. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
