Absolutely fantastic service. Popped into the shop today with my mums broken strap on a Rolex watch. They were very busy but still made time to do an easy repair whilst I waited without charge! I can’t thank Richard and his team enough. The best jewellery repairs anywhere in Yorkshire. I have used them before and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I cannot recommend them for brilliant workmanship, excellent service and value for money.

Was in need of an engagement ring resizing, multiple other jewellers didn’t want to take on the task or quoted 6-8 weeks. Working jewellers were happy to carry out the work at affordable price and quick turn around. Honest and excellent craftsmanship, highly recommend.

Shocking service. Initially told my wife's wedding ring would take 4 weeks for a repair. 6 weeks later we pick the ring up with the work still not carried out and we will use a professional business for the repair. We appreciate business are busy but when we ask for an update after 4 weeks and told the work is scheduled to be carried out the following week. Only to contact the following week and told the work is scheduled that day and the repair is still not carried out we had enough of the unprofessional conduct and picked the ring up with no work carried out after 6 weeks. Avoid.

I had an incredible experience at The Working Jeweller in Pontefract. The service was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and attentive from my first step into the shop. The craftsmanship is simply unrivalled. The quality is exceptional, I'm over the moon with the items I purchased and will definitely use them again without hesitation. We happened upon The Working Jeweller by chance. Russ suggested the beautiful idea of making our wedding rings from pieces belonging to our parents. We didn’t know what to do with them, some pieces were broken and others wouldn't fit but they were sentimental to us since both our mothers are no longer here. What can we say, the two rings Russ made are beautiful. They are wonderfully made, fitting both around my engagement ring perfectly and comfortably on our fingers. He also provided us with videos of the process, adding to the story. The service we received was great, and we’d highly recommend the shop and Russ for any crafting and alteration needs!
