Amazing service from Kendra she went out of her way to call the local new looks to look for a coat for me in my size! Even tho it was Black Friday and they were busy! So kind of her to help

Standing in the queue of only 2 people for ages wating for the so called manager Kendra to finish chitchatting with a customer whose problem regarding a return or whatever seemed to be sorted. Only one useless lady at the cashier who was standing up doing nothing and not serving the customer. There I was waiting and waiting to be served with my baby crying and they seemed less than bothered to cut the unnecessary chat short and actually do their job. Eventually I had enough , threw my shopping on the counter and left the shop whiteout buying them.

I love this shop but it's easier for me to shop online for larger clothes. Good staff, fabulous accessories abs gifts, reasonable prices
