Staff are pleasant and polite. Will always go the extra mile to get you what you want. Shop always has everything you need for where it is situated.

This is my local shop some lovely staff but there's at one mouthy nosey female staff member she needs telling to stop interfering in local residents lives yes i mean nosey julie my relative recently involved in accident police called whilst I was out but of course nosey madam told ne police had been to my home it's nothing to do with her you could say I'm rather angry at this nosey woman she's there to serve and be polite she's just a nosey gossip monger I've tried finding manager but of course never available she needs to control her noseyness before all he'll breaks loose in there I personally don't like going in whilst she's there very inconvenient

Staff have always been okay with me but I tend to avoid this shop where possible due to the poor range of items and how overpriced the items tend to be. There’s odd items on offer but generally you get a rubbish choice for too much money even for a smaller convenience store. Another issue is several times I’ve bought refrigerated dairy items from here which have been seriously off when I’ve eaten them before or on the use by date, I’m talking milk which is sour with chunks in it on the same day you buy it.. the fridges aren’t cold enough. Really need to put newer, better more efficient fridges in there with glass doors if that helps keep things cold. But the fridges there now don’t cool anything down

The manager of this store needs to learn some customer service skills. Everytime I go in with parcels I’m treated as less than a paying customer. Why be a Yodel drop off when it’s obviously a huge inconvenience for you. I have reported you Kelvin to head office twice now and am also reporting you to Yodel. The rest of the staff are lovely but your attitude and the way you speak to people stinks. Don’t worry this is one ex customer you’ll not have to deal with again.

The shop was extremely hot. And has been for 2 months. No chocolate can be on the shelves. My pasta sauce purchased was off as were the carrots even though they were in date. Such a shame it’s a great shop that supplies a large area. Air con needs addressing otherwise customers will not return. A note for the staff… I feel for you in there, these are not appropriate working conditions.
