World of play Redcar is one of the best soft play areas in the region, it’s great for all ages of kids, it’s clean and good atmosphere for the kids. Try the food it’s great value and tasty.
I recently visited world of play for my granddaughters birthday. The play areas are great and the food looked good.The overall cleanliness of the site is very good but the toilets let them down not very clean and not enough for the amount of bodies visiting. Then to my horror the member of staff that was overseeing the party came in with the food and a clip board in her hand, she then placed the clip board onto the food. I’m sure that clip board has been handled by many people and probably not been cleaned and to actually put it on top of food was against all hygiene regulations. We actually moved the clip board to an empty space on the trolley and got a dirty look from the member of staff. More hygiene training needs to be given to the staff
Only soft play around with reasonable prices and the food is so nice compared to other soft plays also reasonable priced and not a rip off. You don't mind qhen your getting nice food and reasonable admission prices also where you dont have to pay for adults.
We had an amazing time at world of play!! we had trouble finding the soft play so we got there late and only had an hour left of our slot the staff and manger were so nice to us they let us stay for the whole next slot. it was very clean and lots of fun for the children thanks so much
Absolutely fabulous Christmas kid's party, Santa absolutely fabulous. Staff great and all festive. Fabulous entertainment for the kids. Food and drinks all great value and delicious. Merry Christmas
