Excellent local shop and post office. Always served with a smile by the friendly staff. The shop itself is always well stocked. Having a post office there is very convenient but it does get very busy at times!

Great little store that looks lovely after its refresh. I’d not been in for some time and was surprised to not see it as a McColls. Anyway, that said, the place was clean, well stocked, fresh feeling and staffed by lovely staff who were really helpful. The post office had everything I needed. More reasons to shop at Richmond Morrisons 🤣

I visit this Morrisons a couple times a week and would like to say how friendly and helpful all the staff are ! Especially Holly who always has a smile on her face and is happy to help. The shop is always very well organised and makes a quick trip easy! 😊

Please don't use as a Amazon pick up location! Despite initially being told that my parcel wasn't there, it was (but in the cupboard not on the shelf), the assistant told me I couldn't have my parcel as their phone for scanning barcodes wasn't working! I'm there (with ID), my parcel is there, but common sense and customer service clearly wasn't there. Had to go home without it, save yourself some time and patience and use one of the automated lockers, much more reliable than a human being that can't use technology.
