The staff that are travelling hours to keep the shop open are a credit to their team. One lady today came on her day off to keep the shop open. Head office need to pay attention.

Apparently the Post office is open when the shop is. Whenever I call the post office is shut early. Absolutely useless shop.

Each time I’ve visited there’s been queues for post office… we’re talking 20 mins plus. Not great customer service
