I purchased one of the crew neck T-shirts and it faded dramatically in a couple of months, this is the only t shirt I have ever bought in my life that has done it. I sent pictures hoping for a replacement item but the response I got I found was incredibly rude and arrogant, it was made to feel like it was my fault as there response was that I had tried to dry the t shirt through the window and the sun had damaged it 😒. A feeble 10% discount code was offered in response. Poor customer relations and in my opinion need a lot work on how they respond to customer issues. In business the customer is always right and in this instance they think their product is far superior than my custom. I will not be going again and certainly not recommending their items to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful little shop with such beautiful and durable clothing that you won't be able to find anywhere else! The Bay Beanie is my favourite piece to wear in Autumn, Winter and Spring and I've had so many compliments for it. I am wanting to own one of every colour eventually and is a great gift if you're wanting something that will last and is worth the price and more 😊

Visited the Sandsend store on a recent holiday last month. Very helpful lady. I have ordered two breton t shirts on line. Excellent quality. The best delivery arrived today, my sapphire blue Bay Gansey cardigan. I did order a size down because there is plenty of stretch. Fabulous quality and a stunning colour. Very warm and not itchy at all. Excellent purchase.

This is a fantastic shop with stunning clothing. The staff are super helpful and we couldn’t be more delighted with our purchases, so much so we keep going back for more! It’s nice to buy something that will last and that has a wonderful local heritage. We are constantly complemented when wearing the items purchased from here. And it’s always fun to share the story of jumpers which was kindly explained to us by the owner Matt.

Called in last weekend and had the best service! Amazing lady helped us pick our gansey’s. I went orange Staithes and my partner a navy Whitby. We then both got charcoal Beanie’s and love them! Super quality, amazing staff and a real pleasure to visit.
