I have just had an awful experience at this store. I went in to purchase a sign for £6 I was greeted by a rude lady. I asked about the signs I had seen in the window she just looked at me and pointed. I then said thank you can I pay by card, she said “ for £6 I’d rather not do you not I have cash” I said “I’m sorry I only have £20 cash which she was NOT impressed with (with Covid and government guidelines you should pay with card when possible). She then proceeded to guilt shame me telling me how she would have to pay charges for using the card machine. Please keep in mind it’s a shop and I am a paying customer. Her attitude is appalling and needs retraining. Please at least try and greet people in a welcoming manner as now I will not shop there again.

Had exactly the same experience. Woman was rude when asking to pay by card. She scowled at us as if we had severely offended her.

Really unhelpful rude staff member. I returned something and at time of purchase no mention of non refund. Took otem back untouched and suddenly its a credit or exchange not really helpful when visiting 😕 no signs up either to say that. Don't bother going here

Bought a hoodie yesterday, worn it once on the journey back home and all the lettering has fallen off! £42 wasted :(
