This is a nice place at the base of the hill in Robin Hood's Bay. Upstairs is an educational display relevant to the local area and coastguard work, together with a free toilet. Downstairs is a nice cafe serving savoury items and cakes. There are binoculars in the windows which can be used to look out to sea. There are second hand books too which can be purchased for £1, together with a display of fossils local to the area.
Sited close to the beach opposite the Bay Hotel. Informative displays and exhibition space with info on the history and geology of the local area. Has a loo upstairs too.
