Dunelm

Came in today. Used Cafe, it was like a fishbowl. Upstairs looking for curtains and nearly had my eyes poked out by curtain poles sticking out in a shopping trolley in an aisle. I informed a member of staff about this and instead of apologising was only told "" NO WORRIES "" !!!. Looking at curtain poles a staff member VERY RUDELY leant over us to pick a curtain pole ...... no apologising from this woman. We will never EVER shop at this store again

Ordered on line last night opted for click and collect. Got an e mail first thing this morning saying it was ready. It was the first time i had visited i was pleasantly surprised. The store sells everything you could think of for the home . Curtains( large selection of colours) , blinds, bedding , poles, materials, wallpapers even spotted some nets. Also sells kitchen appliances, tableware, cutlery etc. Has started getting its xmas 🎄 stuff in. Has customer toilets, a lift, and an upstairs cafe. They have very nice lighting too. Will visit again. Have used click and collect a few times now. It's so straight forward and convenient ,would recommend using it.

Kirsty was absolutely superb today assisting me in all my shopping making my visit today extremely pleasant. She deserves a massive thank you from the management as she’s a real credit to the team.

Been a customer of Dunelm for a very long time. I tried to return 1 roll of wallpaper but they told me I can't have my money back because I was 3 days late so my receipt has expired. Due to work commitments I couldn't get there sooner.. what am I going to do with 1 extra roll! All because it was 3 days late! Atleast I had my receipt! I will never shop with Dunelm going forward, there prices are higher than most home stores so I'll take my business else where in future!

Dunelm has a fantastic range. I wanted a vallance for a double bed. They had a huge range of colours to choose from. Only £19. I wanted to see the colour before buying.
