Called to collect an online order. Young lady was completely uninterested, just scanned my phone, got the parcel, put it on the till, then just walked off?? 2nd time this has been my experience, 2 different staff. Need some training on basic customer service.... Store is fine

So, the All New store opens it's doors. Packed with customers which is a good thing right ?. The store is full of quality stuff this time around. The old wilkos lost its way years ago. Sadly though, the isles are crammed with goods making it extremely hard for anyone to walk around. If you're physically disabled or in a wheelchair then it’s tough luck. It’s very hard to manoeuvre around. The management needs to sort this quickly. At the checkout a young female assistant served Here me very ineffectively. There was literally no communication not even asking for money of the total value for my goods, no good morning no goodbye.. Simple shortcomings which should be quickly and easily fixed.

Nice store. I've been here on a few occasions now. It has all of your everyday household items for a good price. Happy to keep shopping here in the future.

It's a nice bright household goods store, sells a variety of items from cleaning products to decorating supplies, make up , toiletries ,pet foods and supplies, and a whole lot more. Prices are comparable with other stores. Staff are mostly helpful, clean and tidy store
