Machine is broken and wouldn't let us put full reg plate in. Kept ticket as proof of payment aswell as having bank statement showing payment to euro. Our appeal was still rejected and still made to pay fine. Avoid at all costs.
Obviously desperate for cash since wilkos shut down. Machine was playing havoc on the day and didn't register last 2 of licence plate. Despite only a handful of cars there they couldn't put 2 and 2 together that I'd paid so 100 quid fine and threat of court despite them conceding on appeal that it was paid but due to missing 2 letters on ticket in breach if contract etc etc. Crooks. Enjoy your empty car park asset.
One star is too many…DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK….note on ticket machine States Pay by Phone online….you have to download an app, register and enter your card details before you are charged £1.20 instead of £0.80p if the machine was working. ANPR in car park so you cant just drive straight out..disgraceful!
Paid for a ticket but still got a fine! Number plate hadn't registered fully. Needs looking into as obviously its happening a lot.
I also paid for a ticket and got fined. Display didn't show registration you need to enter so it didn't come out on ticket. Beware.
