Great place to spend time with kids, good playground and few places to seat
Lovely walk around park with additional woodland, streams and field. Some benches available.
A nice morning walk. I love this place Thanks
Lovely walk, can be very strenuous
Could be a lovely park within lovely grounds but unfortunately it isn't respected by everyone in the community. Teenage children often hang out at the park, graffiti, setting fires in seating areas on the path leading to the park, not all dog walkers pick up their dogs waste. It's quite sad really as I've been coming here since I was a child and I like to bring my children here - but it's always disappointing when you see the vandalism that happens. It has real potential if security measures were in place - but I am unsure how this is feasible considering the location and the lack of money that Rotherham Council have to spend on our greenspaces and children's playgrounds. In all honesty, they are probably reluctant to spend money as each time they have done, it's vandalised almost immediately.
