The Arc Cinema - Rotherham

THE VERY BEST CINEMA IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Cinema has to survive. This is the BEST Cinema I have been to in a very long time and we are certainly a Cinema family. We travelled far and wide to different cinemas including the usual brands of Cineworld, Vue & The Light. ARC cinema beats all the giants hands down. I am basing this review on lots of things, as listed below: 1. The location is easy to get to and has free parking for all Cinema users 2. The staff are super friendly. Those checking tickets to those serving your treats and drinks ALL were polite and friendly. 3. This place is state of the Arc... sorry I mean Art, when it comes to the huge comfy electric recliner chairs and the quality of the screens and audio systems. 4. The value for money when buying tickets. There are lots of offers to choose from to keep the cost down and make the experience affordable for all. Also the deals for buying treats and drinks. This is the bit that normally leaves a bitter taste in my mouth at cinemas. Not at Arc though, they have some really good deals on offer to suit all budgets. Today we went for the family combo which was really impressive when compared to the other cinemas. We got a LARGE popcorn, 2 large drinks, we went for a Dr Pepper and a frozeb ice blast. We also got 2 kids combo boxes all for £17.95. The kids combo boxes are a really good idea which includes popcorn, drink and choice of Haribo or Magic Stars. You get to vend your own drinks which my kids loved doing. If you want to go out for a lovely family cinema experience that isnt going to cost you a small mortgage then ARC cinema Rotherham is the place for you. Finally, what I will say is with all new places like this, use it ir lose it. Give it a whirl if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed. We will be back soon.

Amazing experience, the staff were very friendly and the design of all the rooms, corridors and toilets is very aesthetic. The setas are very comfy and we had electric foot rests which was a nice surprise. The visuals and audio was very clear and vibrant. Would love to come again especially with the really reasonable ticket pricing.

We recently visited Arc for a birthday treat. As a family we have regularly visited the cinema and always had a good experience. There is plenty of parking and the lift from disabled spaces makes visiting easier. The seats are very modern, recline and provide spacious leg room for a comfortable experience. During our last visit to the cinema, a family sat near us were very disruptive and were preventing people from enjoying the film. Throughout the disruptions the staff were very professional and understanding. They excelled in very difficult circumstances and handled the situation with respect for the other people in the cinema. It was handled with minimal disruption to everyone. Thank you to the staff for how they handled everything and allowed everyone to watch the rest of the film. This was not the typical experience we had encountered previously, but was resolved with high professionalism, and we look forward to returning soon!

Had a wonderful time here with my daughter. Easy to find, super accessible with the carpark below and the direct lift to the outside of the building. The building is cleaning, the staff are very friendly, the screens are big and the seats are superbly comfortable with the recline option. I intend on returning next week to visit by myself. This really is great for Rotherham!

Dear Arc Cinema Rotherham Team, I wanted to take a moment to share some very positive feedback following my visit yesterday, 22nd December, for the screening of Housemaids. Unfortunately, as soon as the film started, I became unwell and had to leave the screen. However, the way your staff handled the situation was truly exceptional. Two female members of staff went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly kind, calm, and accommodating—offering me water and opening a room so that I could clean myself and recover. Their care and genuine concern made a difficult situation much easier to deal with, and it really stood out to me. I didn’t manage to catch their names, but I wanted to make sure their fantastic customer service didn’t go unrecognised. You truly have some wonderful, compassionate people working for you.
