This used to be a really lovely play area. We visited recently for the first time in ages and it's unfortunately not been maintained and has gone so downhill. Lots of parts of the play area need repairing/replacing and the toilets were absolutely awful. There was an overpowering smell in the ladies, I thought it was from the sanitary bins but I see from other reviews this was the case at other times too, so it could be the drains? It's very dirty, things are broken (I can't remember a time when the go karts were working, and the section with the air toys has been broken for a long time as well). Unfortunately it's not fit for playing in. Unless the owners put some work into fixing it up it'll just get worse and I worry it'll become unsafe. I've attached a few photos that I managed to take, but there were many more bits that were broken. The 2 stars are for the food only, it was hot when it came out and tasted good. I do worry what the hygiene level in the kitchen is like looking at everywhere else though. Bottom line I wouldn't recommend you going.
We came for the 'special features' like the cars, the canyons, etc. And all that was out of order for what it looks like years. And even despite this, and the expected signs of wear and tear, it would have been 'okay' if it were clean! The amounts of dust and the lack of care are unbelievable! Don't bother to come here.
Great place, took my nephew here. He loves the place. Good strength WiFi for the adults to spend time on there laptop or phones if needed. Really friendly staff. And nice coffee.
Great place for the children. Clean and lots of play options. Gets busy at weekends. Drinks great. Good price for peace andcwearing kids out.
We go every week for my daughters dance lessons but the place is absolutely freezing in Winter and Autumn and we leave as soon as the class is over because it's just not enjoyable to sit in. We went this week and so many people were leaving because of how cold it is. Place could also do with a bit of a clean. Tables are usually sticky and marked. Place needs a bit of TLC. Only 2 of the 4 womens toilets have ever worked in the times I've been and the go karts have also never been seen in action
