My children who are 9yrs and 21 months love this little play area. There is enough here to keep them entertained for a good hour or so. As a parent, I Really like the lay-out of the play equipment and it’s a bonus that I’m usually able to keep an eye on my toddler from my seat instead of following him around (unless it’s really busy that is). This is a good option as i feel it gives him a little independence. There are 2 sections to the play area, under 2’s and over 5’s. Both sections have plenty to entertain the little ones. I find the staff very friendly and the coffee is good too.

Shame you cant give 0 stars came today and was spoken by the short haired blonde lady like something she had stepped in absolutely diabolical and rude came as a family and got told we wasn't allowed in because "we knew each other" and it was 1 adult to every 5 children!! After saying my son wouldn't stay and play in there without me and abit of back and fourth they finally took our payments and let us through but rudely said "fine you can go in but your not sitting with each other" and placed us scattered around even though our tables all had spare seats we just wasn't allowed together then my partner went out for a vape and then when he tried to come back in they wouldn't let him saying theres too many of us and they cant accommodate us due to health and safety so if this was the case why let us in to start with she was really rude and arrogant and Caused a family member to have a panic attack with her aggressive tone! We ended up getting our money back and going somewhere else definitely dont recommend this place and think the staff need a lesson on customer service and on how is appropriate to speak with people

Good play area for all ages, good service and food and friendly staff. Disappointed with the toilets within the play area, there are only one of each and the baby changing is above the toilet and mounted very high. It was a struggle, with me being 5ft tall. There's was also no toilet roll, which I brought to the staffs attention and nothing was done about it. However in the staffs defence, they seemed to be pretty busy. Overall a good experience.
