Honestly the best gym me and my partner have been to. We’ve travelled all over to go to different gyms and this beats them all by far, the staff and owner are bang on and couldn’t be any nicer and even everyone that goes in the gym are friendly. So worth a try.
Best gym about the Rotherham area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that try their best to help out when they can. Proper old school gym vibes too! 😎💪🏻
Love this place..everyone iv met so far has been really friendly,people who i have never met before have gave guidance and as a newbie it is much appreciated..machines are great proper solid stuff,great staff, shops also handy to have with pretty much everything in stock youl ever need

The staff are incredible a very very friendly gym, equipment is mint, the gym spotless, cant fault it, return frequently, the equipment is really well maintained some proper old skool pieces and they run like there a day old.
