Tulley's marine services is a reasonably priced secure moorings in the centre of Rotherham. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and parkgate shopping centre and close to the bus and railway stations. The moorings themselves are linear moorings and have electricity to some but not all births. There is a water point near the top gate. There is ample car parking. There is boat storage in a secure compound and a boat hoist and slipway is available at a reasonable price for those with smaller boats. The boat yard owner is friendly and approachable. He also has a few boats up for sale. These are listed on the compound gate or on the website. We have moored here for several years and we love it.
We paid this year's mooring in advance but decided to leave after 6 months. The owner has refused to give us any money back even though we paid for an empty mooring for a year here when we built our boat!
Good marina but not many moorings left! I managed to secure one and the moorings are very secure
Nice enough gent but definitely gave the impression he didn't actually want to sell any boats.
