I'm sure the stadium is well worth a visit, I was setting up a CT Scanner and support trailer. See photos.

I used to live in Herringthorpe as a child and I remember this stadium hosting the annual show, and the (now demolished) sports centre hosting roller disco (yes it was the seventies). My recent visit to drop off my son for football training was a bit surreal due to the virus testing facilities taking over the carpark. It definitely had the post apocalyptic vibe. I'm pleased that this stadium still exists but I think the council could make more use of it. Maybe hold more events, sports or otherwise.

Nice place, but be very careful not to get your car locked in the car park. They shut the gates as they wish, regardless of stated opening times. Makes for a funny story though..

Terrible ground no cover or anything for football small. Pitch marked in middle, changing facilities far from. Pitch normal council maintenance tracks looked OK has lights but not for football and then it's in rothrrum the sort. Of ground you play at and then leave the local area is terrible, take your. Cheapest vehicle. And lock it well
