Tables are well maintained, and that’s it, the bar staff are incredibly slow serving. The snooker room does not have the correct equipment, needed an extended spider (to ensure there is no confusion, I do not mean a spider with an extension, I mean a spider with a longer neck) disappointing trying to enjoy a game of snooker when the place doesn’t have the proper equipment. Seating is not great either.

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. My friend and I paid to play one round of snooker, but partway through we were told we had to follow their own rules instead of playing normally. Despite having already paid, we were told to stop playing and were not given a refund. When I politely said goodbye before leaving, we didn’t even receive a response. I have visited many places like this before and have never experienced such poor service. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

recently visited this pool hall with a friend, and the experience was disappointing. One of the staff members displayed extremely poor customer service, speaking to us in a rude and aggressive manner. He made disrespectful comments and even hinted at discriminatory behavior, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Instead of helping us or diffusing the situation, he was confrontational and told us we should leave if we didn’t comply. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management will address it and improve their staff training.

We payed for nothing you dont let us play and the. You didnt give my money back I dont know your rolls we dont have to play like you play !!! Very bad place i will never come back !
