We stayed here for three nights, and Dee truly made our stay special. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and always willing to assist. My mom would like to give him a special thanks for helping her with the luggage and for his kindness in many other ways. Highly appreciated — thank you, Dee!

We had a really lovely experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, and Silvia was an absolute pleasure — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel welcome straight away and looked after us throughout, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels so natural and sincere. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Dee is an outstanding host who truly sets the standard. He is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, always making sure everyone feels comfortable and well looked after. Everything is well organised and runs smoothly thanks to his attention to detail and thoughtful planning. Dee goes out of his way to help whenever needed and does so with genuine warmth and patience. It’s clear he takes great pride in being a host, and it really shows in the experience he provides. I would highly recommend Dee to anyone—he is an absolute pleasure to stay with.

We stayed here as we had a concert in Bradford, and the price was attractive. Lots of parking and a bus stop out the front is handy, which can get you into Bradford directly and busses are frequent. Reception was fine, a little small but it did the job. The hallways though smelled strange, maybe an old/damp smell. As we got out the lift at the top floor there was an obvious water leak which had been there some time as it looked mouldy, not a good look. Room was again fine, a little dated but clean and the hallways smell wasn't present in the rooms which was good. Sink had an old style plug drain which I personally am not a fan of, as you can see down into the dirty drain (unavoidable, but new style drains hide this). Easy checkout, didn't have breakfast. Oh, and the surroundings are lovely! Very scenic.
