I am horrified. I ordered what was clearly labelled as vegan pasta, only to discover it was contaminated with meatballs. This isn’t just a mistake—it’s a complete failure in food safety and labelling. For anyone with allergies, intolerances, or ethical dietary choices, this could have been genuinely dangerous. What else might be contaminated if such a basic standard can’t be met? Cross-contamination like this shows a total disregard for customer safety and trust. Even more concerning—there’s no way to contact the company. No phone number, no email, nothing. Avoid at all costs. If you value your health or have any dietary restrictions, don’t take the risk. This isn’t just poor service—it’s potentially harmful.
Over a fiver a chicken n bacon ceasar baguette with no chicken on it. And the tiniest amount of bacon. Quite possibly the poorest excuse for a butty ive ever had the misfortune of looking forward to.
Ordered 2 vegan pasta pots from Coco di Mama and got one with meat in it. How do you mix up a vegan one with a meat one when there is literally no vegan fake meat available at their kitchens???? Honestly, shows gross negligence, no care for cross contamination and the worst part, because it gets worse.... THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. Number on Google maps is for Zizzis and when you contact Deliveroo to complain, they have a second number that sends you to ASK Italian.
Ordered £65 worth of food via just eat - marked as delivered but no delivery at all, we even waited on the street outside for it. Impossible to get in touch with them. Number on Google just rings out - SCARBOROUGH LOCATION
Ordered the new dish "gorgonzola and ham hock". It was very cold, had virtually no ham hock in it and was the blandest pasta I've ever tasted. The garlic bread was stone cold and rock hard! Only good thing was the doughnuts, tasty and got three! Spent over £20 for one person and was very disappointed. Will never order from here again.
