Absolutely disgrace spent £22.60 on to pasta pots and 2 drinks. Pasta pots where very small that would fill up a 5 year old child it was not worth the price at all they charge £1.50 for extra cheese and didn’t get no cheese at all. If you are going to decide to order from here don’t. Unable to post pictures to show.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS We have ordered from here many times before and absolutely love coco do mama’s usually. However today they have sent my vegetarian order with a clear marking of vegetarian pasta on the lid. I tucked in and thought it didn’t taste or look as normal and that’s when I realised I had been sent a chicken pasta in a vegetarian pot. Very disappointed that after not eating meat for 40+ years, I have now been sent a meat dish disguised as a vegetarian dish. At a time when mislabelled food has led to the deaths of people with allergies, I wonder how long it will be before we see coco di mama on the news for causing illness and possibly worse for incorrectly labelled food. I tried to get in contact with them to let them know the problem but unable to get a contact number for GLASSHOUGHTON branch. I also contacted Deliveroo and they are not able to to respond to any issues today. I only wanted to say that perhaps orders should be double checked for food served to people with dietary requirements or allergies? I still have the receipt, food and packaging if anyone from coco Di mamas would like to offer any comment.

Just ordered from here for the first time today and the good was absolutely delicious! Full of flavour and lots of bolognaise sauce with mince. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more! I’ll 100% be ordering from here again.

Let me start off, I absolutely adored this place prior to this order. Messed my order up for my work lunch so badly I am deterred from buying from Ask Italian and CoCo di Mama again. So terrible, rang them up to give them a chance to change the order and was told that nothing could be done about it. On a work lunch a refund does nothing for me. Pathetic customer service
