On holiday and nipped in here today, Fri 23rd May. There wasn't anyone serving so I looked around and saw a lass working down one of the aisles. I asked if I could be served only for her to be rude and bitchy by saying, "I knew you were there can't you see I'm busy and wait." I said I only asked in case there was another member of staff who could perhaps have served me instead. She took her time coming to the till and then abruptly said, "this till!" So I picked up my item. She served me. No manners. No thanks. No nothing. I felt like I should have slammed my item down and not bothered. Certainly won't be going back.

Disgusting customer service, apparently asking if they do any post office items was met with complete confusion, disgust and arrogance from the female cashier. Can safely say won't be going anywhere near the shop again. Work on your attitude and your customer service love. For information the post office services are fairly normal in most shops these days but apparently you'd never heard of it.

The staff here are nice and very helpful. The shop is pretty well stocked with everything and I mean everything!! Some cheap, some not so cheap. There is a one way system around the store which is very helpful. Theres plenty of beers and similar drinks here too. Well that is it -- my experience here had been quite a good one.

I am a regular daily user of one stop. I always have a nice experience with the staff. Never had a negative experience. I use several of the branches in Scarborough. Despite the price hikes recently i am still able to find items that are fair or have been generously reduced.

So me and my friend were just going in to get a drink however when we were approaching the till we dropped the pound coin which was the only money we had. At this point in time we were both very thirsty as it was a very hot day. When we asked the people working at the shop, the first one said there’s nothing she can do about it and the second refused to move the stand on wheels so we could reach it. I think this was very lazy and unfair. Will not ever waste my time in that shop. Would not recommend
