I would just to review our one stop at Eastfield, Craig sue and Hayley plus team are amazing, it’s always service with a smile, the staff are always helpful and cheerful, I often ask for an empty box so I can do a parcel delivery, , Craig always obliges . I love shopping local 💕💕💕

We were staying in a hotel nearby and used this shop every day. It is very well stocked. When we were there mid August if you bought a newspaper you could have a free coffee. We had the meal deal regularly which was very good value. It is licensed and once again the prices are very reasonable. It closes at 10pm.

Usually a friendly shop but my experience this morning was the total opposite. I smiled at the fenale staff member as she was filling the fridge to be greeted with no smile and a frosty glare the same female served me at the till same frosty glare face never changed. Now if that's the best she can do for customer service then I'm afraid she needs some retraining or a change of job !!!!

Somehow Vicky managed to get to the position of a store manager despite her terrible attitude and manner. Popped into the store yesterday for some bits. She didn't greet me despite me saying hello. No conversation at all, despite me using my please and thankyous and turned her back whilst I awaited payment to go through. I don't expect much when popped into alittle shop for milk, but how is someone like this management material?

Went to collect a too good to go bag and it was given away prior to me coming for mine, needless to say I had to go further to collect one from eastborough and I don't use that shop as it's not clean and always seems scruffy. The food I got is in the bin absolutely disgusting in this service just wish I could use zero or minus stars ps. Staff need more training. Very inadequate.
