Spoke with a lady at the Scarborough store regarding an order which was delivered to the wrong address. The lady was pleasant and helpful. She made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely shop at the store just on the customer service provided which was excellent. Thank you

The curtains in the main bedroom were faded and fraying ... definitely time to shop around for some new ones. After all, they were coming up for 15 years of age so it was definitely time for a change. Scarborough Dunelm is large, yet has clear signage so you can head straight for the department you need. I found the curtain area easily. I liked the way there were descriptions as to each curtain type, how they are 'hung' and the sizes were clearly visible. I chose some 'blackout' grey curtains ('Lunar') and they fit perfectly. The staff on the till were happy to answer my questions and there was even a discount at the till, which was a nice surprise, as the curtains I chose were part of a special offer.

Had a great experience even thought it cost me over£200 😂 slim petite lady with glasses, in the bedding section you are a diamond and an asset to your shop. Nothing was to much trouble for you thank you for your great customer care skills.

I really like Dunelm, great products and has most things that you need for the home. I do feel that prices have gone up quite a bit.

A large store over 2 floors. They had a wide selection of bedding, which was what we needed. Also all the usual housewares you'd expect. The displays make it easy to imagine what combination would suit your style. We ended up buying armful of stuff! Plenty of free parking.
