Can never post a tracked package with royal mail as they say royal mails not working atm. I mean what post office does not let u post a package.

I've been waiting for the post office counter to be open for the last 3 days every time I call in it's closed this time they said the system is down and they were waiting for parts 😞

Queues tend to be long and staff seem to disappear. Would help if new staff had someone to help them on post office and a 3rd staff to man the shop till. Ended up leaving along with other customers, and drove to Brayton post office.

Went to post a couple of items and one was unusual I understand that but the over reaction and unprofessionalism displayed by one of the staff which I believe was a female manager was unnecessary.. would also help if your staff knew the policy on what you can post and what you cant before operating as a post office point.

At least staff could learn how to use their own label printer so that customers could get their parcels sent. Worst service ever embarassing!
