Took my wife's new BMW X3 for a dashcam fitting that we'd removed from her previous car. Walked in with no appointment and they agreed to do it just an hour later, I really didn't expect such a quick service. Tom was the installer and identified it wasn't going to be a straightforward job due to the required fuses being in the boot, as I didnt want a constant live feed. It was close to Tom's finish time by this point, so we agreed I'd return the next day, not a problem. I went inside to arrange to come back, but in the meantime Tom, off his own back, decided to stay on an extra hour to install it there and then. Tom definitely went the extra mile and made a superb job of it as well. He was professional, and clearly knowledgeable, as were the other staff I dealt with in store. All of the staff kept me well informed, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion at £50, for a hardwire kit, as well as installation. This is the third dashcam they've fitted for me at the Selby store, and there'll certainly be a fourth at some point.

I highly recommend this store. Staff are helpful & friendly. I've used them to fit dash & rear camera, headlight bulbs & wiper blades. They have always been happy to give advice.

Called in on a Saturday to see if a chip in my windscreen could be fixed, fully expecting to have to book an appointment for the next day. Five minutes later someone was getting started fixing it. The young man was so polite, professional and friendly. When I arrived back after 30 minutes, as requested, he was just finishing off the chip repair and demonstrating the procedure to a colleague. Really was a lovely experience. Thank you!

Turned up just before our appointment time slot to pick up bike for Grandson for Christmas after paying for the bike to be built and paying extra for stabilisers to be fitted. The stabilisers were not even on the bike so one of the staff started fitting them, after nearly 30 minutes he still hadn't fitted them and needed to wait for a colleague to do it for him. Eventually the bike was handed to us without so much as an apology for our wait of 40 minutes

I had an appointment to collect two bikes for my two boys for Christmas, I purchased them online two weeks ago. I arrived on time for the appointment only to be told there was no one available, So I then went shopping for 15 minutes and when I Returned this time someone came up to the bike department this time. I have paid for my bikes to be built up, Only to find they were not ready Had then had to wait for the bikes to be completed. I’d also bought a helmet when I purchased the bikes two weeks ago but i was told it was nowhere to be found, so I asked for a refund. The bikes were presented to as being Ready , but when I spun the wheels, one of them had the brakes binding, Which to be fair, they sorted after I pointed this out. Overall, it was a completely frustrating forgettable experience sadly.
