Tried delivering a package at 8:30 and gave me NO time to grab the parcel, I kid you not they left after about 30 seconds and where leaving just as I opened my door (its a signature package so they couldn't leave it)

I accidentally posted my card from parents with ones I needed to send. It contained eighty pounds 😱. When I realised I went to the depot and a nice lady helped by asking two other colleagues for me if they could retrieve it for me. Fortunately they did,phew! They went out of their way to do so and I was extremely grateful. Wonderful people who did their utmost to help with my predicament.

I had a parcel delivered last Friday, unfortunately I was in hospital all day unfortunately no one was in at home. However the post lady couldn't post it in my letter box outside. So she decided she would put it on the ground by the door. How ever no notice was posted to me to explain this. It was raining the parcel got wet and anyone could have pinched it or walked on it, hence breaking what was inside. Very Dissapointed in this. I thought Royal mail used to put notice card inside the letter box to explain. Or take the parcel back so I could collect it later on. Very disappointing Royal Mail. Get your act together.

Parcel 1 - was a signed for delivery as it was a laptop so cost ££. On collection they didn't ask for a signature or ID they just gave me it as I said my name and address. They are still emailing me to ask me to collect it very worrying. Parcel 2 - I paid for express delivery and knew I wasn't going to be in so on instructions & notes & Royal mail website as well asked for them to deliver to neighbour. They didn't. As there opening hour are terrible I'm unable to even collect it. I pray that royal mail go under as they are shoddy and utter tosh. Happy to take your money but when it comes to there commitment they are incompetent illiterate useless baffoons!
