Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated throughout. Super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting things right. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days — honest advice, quick turnaround, and great attention to detail. My car feels brand new again! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I purchased a second hand car. My vehicle came with a 12 month warranty, fresh MOT and Service thrown in. Can't get more peace of mind than that. Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve taken my work vans here twice now and I don’t think I’ll bother going anywhere else. Both times they’ve kept me informed and up to date and both times they’ve had them fine in a day. Excellent service, professional staff and a joy to deal with. I’ve had bad experiences with a few other garages and I’m glad I’ve found these. Well done Reynolds! 4 months on and I couldn’t have had a more different experience. Got a call saying that our van was ready and so I came to collect it. It had gone in for a service and there were 4 lights up on the dashboard. I went in today and collected the keys and went on my merry way. Started the engine and now 5 lights were lit up on the dashboard. Back into Reynolds I went to tell them this. “Take it for a spin around the block as this vehicle has been up on the ramp and hopefully that will reset it” said Richard Reynolds. I did this but the same 5 lights remained on. Back into them again I went and they said to take a seat and they’d get someone to have a look at it. Two lovely golden retrievers greeted me and wouldn’t leave me alone for about 3 minutes which was nice. I sat down in the chair and 1 hour 17 minutes went by without a word - not a single word - from the 3 men in the office about what was happening, not an apology, whether I’d like a drink, how long I may have to wait…. Nothing. I said this to them and told them that they could learn a lot from their very welcoming dogs about how to treat people. It just seemed that my time didn’t matter. Because of my complaint, Richard Reynolds then went off to find out what was happening. He came back shortly afterwards with the lad that was working on the van only to tell me that they’d need to rebook it in. I took my keys and walked out of there. As I was walking away he said ‘Sorry about that’ with a sincerity you’d overwhelm your worst enemy with. They had my number but do you think I got a phone call to apologise, properly? No, of course I didn’t. It’s just not how we’d treat people at our place and in some ways I suppose it’s a nice reminder of how we are with people. My first two experiences were very good but this was a complete departure from that. Shame.

Very disappointed having rung them today asking for a quote to replace the timing chain on my car as their website states able to replace on 'all makes and models'.. Nope, sorry, false advertising. They don't and was told it's main dealer only..

Such a professional service, bought a lovely little car that was sold with fresh mot, full service etc regardless of when it was last done. Wayne was a very pleasant guy and I will be using this place for all my motoring needs in the future.
