Cannot recommend Watson’s highly enough. Booked in quickly and was only without the car for a couple of hours. It was refreshing to have a garage be genuine with the problem on the car and paying less than was quoted/estimated over the phone when booking too! Thank you to Ben and the team.

Watson MOT is one of the worst garage to visit, they practically know they cannot fix the fault of my car but went ahead to say they can fix it, it is glaring that it is electrical fault, I vehemently asked them if they are capable of fixing it and they proudly said YES. At the end of the day after several hours, they only collected money for the problem they couldn’t fix. I shouldn’t have went there because I’ve heard that they are good at such tricks, however, I gave them a trial and that will surely be my last time visiting their garage.

Took my car in for a full service today and can't fault Watson's at all! Very friendly staff, great customer service and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

Where is my receipt from todays payment?? Promise that is worse place that I have visited - came for tracking went out with steering wheel in wrong possition. Taking wheel to the straight possition and car drive to the right. Came back with that ( visited today for tracking after 8am ) at 10 am and heard that is some kind of fault, electric steering motor fault or something else. Just trying to get more money of me at the end heard they dont have a time to make it properly. Then at the yard some rubbish, just left at the yard to make it harder for customers to manover finished with desk into my boot because its hidden from mirrors. Rubbish suppoused to be in the skip!!! This is safety for everyone !!! Strongly not recomended. I will report this kind of treatment to trading standard !!!
